Qualifications

• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics with the direction from the Creative Director for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, marketing collateral, emails, website assets, and presentations.

• Capture high-quality photographs with the direction of the Director of Photography that effectively communicate our brand message and products both in-studio and on-location.

• Edit and create compelling videos under the direction of the lead videographer ranging from promotional content and product demonstrations to instructional videos and interviews.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team leaders and other departments to ensure alignment with project objectives, brand guidelines, and deadlines.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, photography, and video editing.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Photography, Film Production, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant software.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Demonstrated skills in photography, including lighting, composition, and post-processing techniques.

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Director of Marketing | Boise, Idaho

The Marketing Director will be expected to develop, grow, and lead an internal team of marketing and creative professionals. Project management and communication skills are critical to success. The Marketing Director should have experience with both Ecommerce and Wholesale marketing, and the ability to synergize the two leading to well-planned and distributed D2C and B2B marketing campaigns.


The Marketing Director must be experienced and adept at a variety of content creation strategies including copywriting, graphic design, and video, as well as possess a deep understanding of where/how to place that content to generate build and maintain brand authority and improve marketing KPIs. The Marketing Director does not need technical creative or design skills but must be familiar with the operations and management of content creation teams. 


The Marketing Director will report directly to the CEO and COO, receiving instruction regarding liquidation of close-out SKUs, seasonal product campaigns, brand building initiatives, target revenue goals, etc., and is then expected to develop, communicate and facilitate the deployment of strategic and efficient marketing campaigns to achieve high-level company goals and initiatives. 


Responsibilities
• Develop and implement robust marketing strategies tailored to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers in the agricultural retail sector.

• Lead market research initiatives and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiators, guiding the marketing team in leveraging insights effectively.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and tailored to the specific needs of our farmer customers.

• Partner closely with the Creative Director to orchestrate the creation of marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring adherence to brand standards and messaging consistency.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to gauge the impact of marketing efforts, providing data-driven insights for refining strategies and enhancing results.

• Stay updated about evolving industry trends and emerging best practices, proactively integrating innovations to elevate marketing approaches.

• Manage the allocation of the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment and achieve strategic objectives.
