Love all my products from EBERLESTOCK from frame packs to travel packs ,duffel bag ,shooting range bag, and shirts caps many other accessories I have purchased. Their Service is best out there . Knowledgeable sales staff . They go out of there way to help . I had a pack stolen out of my truck I am a Guide in NM need a frame pack for hunt they overnight it to help me out .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star all the way.

There is always a compromise with selecting a pack. For me the apprentice is a good balance of what I need in an overnight travel/ weekend pack. The design keeps the shape very consistent regardless if the bag has just a few items or fully stuffed. The zipper are high quality and handle those hard pulls when stuffing the bag full. The hidden water sleeves work best when the bag is 70% full. More than that and a bottle can not be inserted. I wish the flaps on the water sleeve could be closed securely for putting a cell phone or wallet in during TSA scanning. The 1 lbs weight is nice. If there is a need to consolidate bags the apprentice will easily stuff into a larger bag. In a recent road trip I needed a pack for a day hike and the apprentice transitioned well once I dumped my laptop and unneeded clothing. The wide shoulder straps distribute weight much better than I expected. Very happy with this purchase

I got the Bando and the Apprentice at the same time and love them both. The Apprentice is roomy enough to pack a change of clothes and dopp kit for work (24hr Shifts). Organization compartments are not overwhelming and just right. If I were forced to make a gripe it would be the water bottle pockets not fitting a Nalgene, which is my water bottle of choice, but I'm usually not traversing long distances with a backpack.

This bag is amazing for travel. It has a great size front pouch for items. A top pouch for personal items. And a back pouch for a computer. I couldn’t recommend this bag fast enough !

Very suited for work/EDC and even weekend trip with the wife. When used on two wheels (bike or bicycle) I miss a sternum strap

I use it for work. Carrying laptop note pads chargers etc. Sleek and comfortable.

I didn’t think the perfect edc bag could exist. When it comes to the capacity, the pocket opening, and the weight/comfort, there couldn’t be a better bag. However, the water bottle pockets are unacceptable. No matter if you buy the cheapest or most expensive backpacks, they all have the ability to carry an average sized bottle. Hydration is important. It Can’t even fit my 20oz hydroflask. You guys built the perfect backpack. You just didn’t finish it. You built a beautiful Ferrari, but forgot the wheels.
